Every drape and shade is custom-made to order, so return eligibility depends on fabrication status and the reason for the request.
When Returns Are Accepted
- The wrong size, color, lining, or product was made by us.
- The product arrived damaged or materially different from the confirmed order.
- Approved issues should be reported promptly with photos and order details.
Non-Returnable Cases
- Change of mind after production begins.
- Customer-provided measurements that led to the wrong size.
- Expected natural variation in texture, weave, and dye lot.
