Cancellation Policy

For all products excluding made-to-order items

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund before the orders are shipped or within 12 hours (workdays) of payment confirmation. Once orders are shipped, you will be advised of the carrier name and tracking number.
Orders will not be accepted for cancellation once orders are shipped.
Made-to-order products

For made-to-order items, any cancellation or change request (such as size, color, or material) submitted more than 12 hours after payment confirmation will incur a 25% fee based on the product price.
Orders that have already been shipped can not be cancelled.
