Orders can be modified or cancelled within 1 hour of purchase. After that, we’re unable to make changes as orders are processed quickly. Contact us right away and we’ll do our best.

We currently ship to Canada, the US, the UK, and Australia. Shipping rates and times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

Use our returns portal to submit your request. Once approved, you’ll receive a prepaid return label by email within 24 hours.

Yes. Start an exchange through the returns portal and select the item you’d like instead. Exchanges ship free of charge.

Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving your return. You’ll receive a confirmation email once it’s been issued.

Every product page includes a step-by-step measuring guide for that specific style (inside mount, outside mount, or top-down/bottom-up). We recommend measuring twice before ordering — if you're unsure, our How to Measure guide walks you through it with photos, or you can reach out to our team for help before you check out.

Since each piece is cut to the exact numbers you provide, please double-check your measurements before submitting your order. If you've just placed your order, contact us within 12 hours for a free correction before production begins. Once production has started, a resizing fee may apply — see our Cancellation Policy for details.

If the sizing issue is due to an error on our end (a mismatch between what you ordered and what you received), we'll remake or replace it free of charge. If the measurements you provided were incorrect, we're happy to offer a 20% credit toward a new, correctly sized order — no need to return the original.
