- After unboxing, you only need to install the brackets and hang up the shades, then the shades will just function normally.
- Please do not fiddle with the lifting mechanism behind the shades, otherwise the shades will be damaged and can not function.
- Shades are made by natural materials, which may be discolored over time.
- It's normal that the final shades differs a little from the sample books.
- Due to the influence of temperature, humidity, light and other factors involved in the process, there will be slight differences in color from batch to batch.
- Wipe Clean.

Really was surprised by how well made these are. Installation was super quick and easy as you only need the screwdriver given to you to tighten them. The fabric or material is substantial and beautiful plus a perfect color. The size is perfect. Love that the fabric can be removed to clean. Definitely a nice product. Will buy again.

Very pleased with my purchase, the shade works perfectly, I love the top down, bottom up feature. I can let in the light but still have privacy during the day. It does a good job at night darkening the room. We used an outside mount and the installation was easy. The fabric is a nice weight and does not look cheap. After installation, we noticed one string was missing and i found the cord lock lying on the floor. The cord must have had a weak spot and tore. We were able to fix it, but that was a bit disappointing quality wise. They are custom, so price and delivery time do reflect that.

I love this! Wish I would have purchased a longer one so that the folds are more prominent but it's no big deal. The fabric is great, and this fit perfectly in my large bathroom window. The instructions were pretty odd, however it was super easy to install. Very easy to move up and down and it blocks the light exactly how I wanted it to do.
