At ODKcurtains, we’re pleased to offer one exchange opportunity per customer. If you wish to modify your original order specifications (including size, color, or liner), here’s how it works:

Pricing

  • If you’d like us to remake your product, we’ll provide a 20% discount (based on your original order total) in the form of a gift card.

  • Example: If your original order total was $100, you will receive a $20 gift card to use toward a new purchase.

  • The gift card can be combined with other website discounts and has no expiration date.

  • Note: Additional customization costs (e.g., fabric upgrades, size changes) may apply if the new selections exceed the original order’s value.

No Return Needed

  • Keep your original product – there is no need to ship it back.

Simple Process

  1. Contact our customer service team to initiate your exchange.

  2. Provide your original order number.

  3. Our team will calculate and send a gift card to you.

“Guarantee Your FIT!” Size Exchanges

  • Zero additional cost for size-related exchanges.

  • Applies only if:

    • “Guarantee Your FIT!” was purchased with your original order

    • Exchange is for size correction only

    • New size is within your original window measurements

  • We will arrange your exchange after confirmation.
