• Proper installation guidance – Follow our detailed installation instructions to ensure hooks and hardware are installed safely, avoiding damage to fabrics or lift systems.

*Returns do not apply if a fabric sample was not requested or declined prior to order placement.

• Obsolescence of the product over time.

• Warranty is valid for the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.
