Cancellation Policy

Orders Eligible for Cancellation (Excluding Made-to-Order Items)

• Orders may be cancelled for a full refund before they are shipped or within 12 hours (workday) of payment confirmation.

• Once orders are shipped, you will be provided with the carrier name and tracking number.

• Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.

Made-to-Order Products

• For made-to-order products, if an order is placed for more than 12 hours, any cancellation or change requests (e.g., size, color, material) will incur a 25% fee of the product price, which the customer is responsible for.

• Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
